Can MONO replace my CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close)?
Yes for 80% of typical founder ops: create deals, move stages, follow-ups, MRR reports, late clients. If your team is >10 people or you need complex integrations (Salesforce, etc.) it complements but doesn't fully replace.
Can it actually collect for me?
With 'MONO Email' ($2/mo) it sends automatic reminders to late clients. With Stripe integration sends payment links. With 'AI Calls' ($7/mo) it can call the client and negotiate payment.
How safe for client data?
Each founder gets their own dedicated VPS (total isolation). Data encrypted with AES-256-GCM + ML-KEM-768 (post-quantum). Zero-knowledge architecture: even we can't read your data. GDPR-compatible and complies with LFPDPPP (Mexico).
What if my team also needs it?
MONO is 1 per person (each with their own server and data). For teams, each founder/operator has theirs and can share document vault, collaborative pipeline (coming soon) and calendars.
