General
What is MONO?
MONO is your personal AI assistant. Message it on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord and it executes tasks for you: searches, buys, schedules, invoices, remembers.
Is it secure?
Each user has their own private server (VPS). Your data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Not even we can see your messages.
Does it work with regular WhatsApp?
Yes. Add your MONO's number as a contact and message it directly. No extra apps needed.
What countries does it work in?
Any country with WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord. No geographic restrictions.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
MONO has 2 plans: All-in-one for $399 MXN/mo (~$20 USD) with server + AI included, or Bring Your Key for $199 MXN/mo (~$10 USD) where you use your own OpenAI/Anthropic key.
Can I use my own API key?
Yes. OpenAI, Anthropic, or any compatible provider. No token limits. You only pay for your API.
What if I cancel?
All your data is deleted from the server. No extra charges, no questions asked. Cancel in one click.
What are premium skills?
Extra abilities you add to your MONO. Each skill has its own monthly price. The 3 basics (Memory, AI Browser, Reminders) are included.
Technical
What AI models does it use?
With the All-in-one plan we use a mix of Claude (Anthropic) and GPT (OpenAI) optimized for cost and quality. With BYOK you choose — we support OpenAI, Anthropic, and any OpenAI API-compatible provider.
How does encryption work?
Every message and file is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Your key is derived from your password with PBKDF2 (600,000 iterations) and never stored on the server. Not even we can see your data.
