Does each family member need a MONO?
Depends. For individual memory (personal expenses, private vault), yes — $20 USD per person. For a shared family one, one is enough and everyone texts it. We recommend one individual + one shared family MONO per WhatsApp group.
Can kids use it?
MONO is designed for 13+. For younger kids, parents manage the family MONO (homework reminders, school schedules, permissions). Under-13s cannot create accounts directly.
How private is family data?
Each MONO has a dedicated server + AES-256-GCM + ML-KEM-768 (post-quantum) encryption. If the MONO is shared, only members with the correct JID can read/write. The vault has an additional 4-digit PIN for sensitive docs.
Can MONO coordinate the whole family?
Yes. With a shared WhatsApp group, MONO consolidates requests, notifies the rest of appointments, proposes shared times. Teen kids can have their personal one plus the family one in parallel.
